Where do you deliver?
Our delivery area includes Minneapolis/St. Paul and the surrounding suburbs. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, give us a call at (612) 886-3774 and our florists will be happy to help confirm availability. Our ordering system will also let you know if the delivery address is outside our standard range. If it is out of range, please give us a call. We can often still accommodate deliveries a little farther out through our florist delivery service.How much is delivery?
Delivery fees range from $5–$35 and are based on the distance from the studio and the time required to complete the delivery. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery ZIP code. We properly compensate our drivers not only for their time, but also for using their own vehicles. Delivery fees help cover a portion of these costs for our flower delivery shops.Is there an order minimum for delivery?
Yes, there is a $50 minimum order requirement before delivery fees and sales tax for all delivery orders. Delivery costs are additional. Please see the delivery information above for details about our florist delivery service.Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we do offer same-day delivery based on availability. Same-day delivery orders cannot be placed online. To confirm availability and place your order, please call Studio Emme at (612) 886-3774. Our Minneapolis studio is closed Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, so same-day delivery orders are not available on those days. If you would like to place an order on a Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday, please order online or email hello@studioemme.us. Please note that voicemail responses may not be returned until Tuesday or Wednesday when we are back in the studio. Please also note that the recipient must be available to receive the delivery. If the recipient is unavailable that day, we will coordinate delivery for the next available date and time. This policy helps our florists ensure every arrangement arrives in the best condition possible.Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?
We offer delivery on Saturdays and during select holidays, including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. We do not offer delivery on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Day because the studio is closed on those dates. Holiday deliveries are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend placing orders early, especially for wedding flowers and holiday arrangements. If our online ordering system does not allow you to select a holiday delivery date, it may mean deliveries are unavailable or fully booked for that day. Please call the studio at (612) 886-3774 to confirm availability and place your order. Our Minneapolis studio is closed Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, so same-day delivery orders are not available on those days. If you would like to place an order during that time, please order online or email hello@studioemme.us. Voicemails may not be returned until Tuesday or Wednesday when we are back in the studio.What if the recipient is not there?
It is our policy not to leave flowers unless someone is available to receive them. We do require a phone number for the recipient and will contact them by call or text with an approximate delivery timeframe before the delivery takes place. For deliveries to apartments or condos, we will buzz or call the recipient upon arrival for additional instructions. If the recipient is unavailable, we will make alternate arrangements for a delivery time that works best for them. We will not leave flowers unless the recipient has acknowledged the delivery, confirmed they will be available shortly after arrival, or arranged for someone else to receive the flowers on their behalf. We also will not leave flowers if the temperature is below 40 degrees or if there is inclement weather. These policies help protect the quality of deliveries from our flower delivery shops.
